Ask for help  
   I admit that I am weaker and more vulnerable than I imagine.  There are many things that I can't cope with properly however hard I try hard.  I refer to books, doctors or friends ( but not to teachers).  They are human beings luckily.  So, be direct especially when you feel different.  Talk to anyone, post your opinions or feelings on the site so that you feel relieved.  You don't know what it means to use the websites.  Believe it or not, you share your miserable now with tons of those who have the similar experiences.  Your angry stories or complaints will surely make other people feel light, helping them understand that we have typical, common problems everywhere.
