New Year's Resignation

I stopped thinking about weight loss.
Keeping the idea makes me stressfull.
Stress gets the better of me easily.
Recently I learned that sleeping is a 
good way of relieving stress.
When I try to sleep to relieve stress, 
I never fail to eat at first just in case.
I think that sleeping needs energy....
Who can beat me in the discussino?
Or, am I just a loser?
